The Party Is On and It Just Won’t Stop!

Lexington convention center, Lexington KY, site of the downtown festival during the World Equestrian GamesIf you think that the excitement of the 2010 World Equestrian Games will end each day after the last horse has jumped, pirouetted or crossed the finish line during the 16-day equine extravaganza that will take place at the Kentucky Horse Park in 2010 – you are WRONG!

That will be just the beginning of what will take place each day!

Traditionally, the World Equestrian Games celebrate nightly in the town centers and squares of the European cities that have hosted this honored event. And we are proud to announce that downtown Lexington will continue in this tradition – and with the addition of some very exciting events to entertain and delight the worldwide audiences that will gather together after the horses return to their stables.

Horse Capital Productions will host its highly-anticipated International Equestrian Festival in downtown Lexington – a fun-filled continuation and addition to the daily activities located outside downtown. In short, it’s going to be a great chance for anyone who attends the Games (or even those who were not able to get tickets) to participate in an incredible selection of activities, vendor/shopping opportunities and all the extra exciting events that will fill the downtown area and bring crowds out to celebrate unlike Lexington has ever seen before…that’s hundreds of thousands of potential customers!

The International Equestrian Festival will be the perfect compliment to a day of international equine sport, as well as a great way to keep the good times and fun rolling into the night. It will invite everyone to join in the fun of visiting vendors, shopping for a myriad of goods, dining in wonderful restaurants and taking in the sites and sounds of the downtown and its many plazas, parks and fountains – all located within blocks of the International Equestrian Festival's expo.

Each day, as the world-wide audience departs from the competitions, the International Equestrian Festival will open its doors of over 100,000 square feet of exhibition and convention space and invite everyone to continue in its revelry right alongside the cities largest performance space – Rupp Arena – where it's said that nightly concerts and entertainment will be hosted. It’s the perfect place to gather and designate as the “Let’s meet there!” spot to start a great night of celebrations.

How YOU and YOUR COMPANY can be a part of it all!

Outside view of the convention center, Lexington, KY, home of the 2010 World Equestrian GamesNow is the time to plan you participation in what will be the biggest downtown gathering place during the once-in-a-lifetime event that is the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games. With more than 100,000 square feet in space available to potential vendors, the sky is the limit as to your presence and impact. With such an incredibly sophisticated and truly national and international audience, the expectations are through the roof as to the excitement, participation and potential marketing bonanza this event brings to the city and its businesses.

Imagine prospective customers from around the world and across all 50 states right at the front of your own booth? Their potential spending power and word-of-mouth advertising just doesn’t happen everyday. This is a chance to showcase your business, product or investment opportunity to a truly unique mix of equestrians, sport enthusiasts and world travelers, all with a level of sophistication and influence hard to match.

Of course, there will be other happenings in the downtown area to drive visitors to the International Equestrian Festival. According to the World Games Foundation (WGF), nightly ceremonies will be held downtown where the public will be invited to witness the awarding of the day’s Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to the champions crowned during the day’s equestrian events in the Horse Park. These very ceremonies will be within short walking distance of theInternational Equestrian Festival, so there is sure to be a buzz of activity to precede and follow them.

An Unbeatable Value

Imagine putting your product or idea in front of an audience that you might not otherwise reach. Imagine having your product or idea spotlighted in association with what will be the biggest “live audience/spectator event in the United States in the year 2010” as deemed by NBC Sports. It’s an opportunity unlike any other that has ever been presented in our city, and one that will never likely repeat itself. Simply put, it’s an opportunity that can not be beat.

Horse Capital Productions is now allowing the vendors interested in taking part of this unforgettable promotional experience to sign-up. The excitement around the project is fast growing, and those who sign-on now will be afforded the choice locations and ability to maximize the performance of their investment.

Additionally, Horse Capital Productions is interested in signing up businesses interested in securing booth space for the event.

Horse Capital Productions is excited about working with you and your business to showcase you to your very best, all the while doing whatever we can to meet your specific needs and complement you. We want to make Lexington proud! You won’t “get lost” with us – our main goal is to promote and serve you, while other trade fairs may not have this ability.
It’s More Than Helping You….

Participating in the International Equestrian Festival isn’t only an opportunity for you and your business to profit – it’s a chance for the entirety of our community to profit, as well.

By supporting this event, you are supporting the local Kentucky economy – and that makes a huge impact for everyone involved. And this venue – located downtown away from the Kentucky Horse Park – will allow an amazing opportunity for those who can’t afford the mainstream trade fair taking place onsite (with its specific restrictions). It’s a chance for everyone to participate, and when everyone can enjoy and join in, it creates a synergy that can’t be beat.
